Shipping Information:

We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. There will be a $10 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments.

At Favors and Gifts To Go, we strive to make your shopping experience quick, easy and affordable. This includes your cost for shipping.

We use UPS standard ground shipping. Our shipping charges are based on packing weight and delivery location. At check out, the total cost will be calculated before payment is processed. You also have the option of 2nd Day delivery. The cost will be calculated at check out.

All credit card orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days upon receipt of the order. Delivery time after that depends on your location and can take an additional 3-5 days by ground. Personalized checks and money orders are shipped as soon as the checks have cleared.

Processing time for personalized items ranges from 3-6 business days before they are shipped. Engraved products may take up to 10 business days.

If you need your products immediately, please call or email us and we will work with you to get them shipped right away.

Once we ship your order, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number.

Return Policy:

At Favors and Gifts To Go, we offer top-quality products at affordable prices. We value your patronage and trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. All defects and damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.

If you need to return something, please send an email to: returns@favorsandgiftstogo.com to receive a Return Authorization Code. Please write the RA Code on the original packing slip and include it with the items to be returned.

There is a 20% handling/re-stocking charge on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. All returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid freight. We will "credit" your credit card for the refund amount in a timely manner. There is no re-stocking fee for replacement products. No refunds or replacements are given 30-days past the receiving order date.

Personalized, engraved or edible favors and gifts are non-refundable. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong date or misspelled text, so please proof-read your order very carefully. If we make a printing error, we will gladly reprint your order or refund the purchase price. We will "credit" your credit card for the amount of your purchase in a timely manner.
